Jennifer Garrett
Jennifer Garrett is the Social Services Director. Jennifer is a native of Kansas and has lived in Oklahoma since 1997. Jennifer graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She also completed graduate level studies in clinical psychology. Jennifer has extensive experience in the field of social work. She completed a case manager internship for an ICFMR in Emporia, KS. Following college graduation she was employed as a social worker for Summer Youth Services in Wellington, KS for two years. Upon moving to Enid, OK, Jennifer worked as a Child Welfare Specialist II for the State of Oklahoma Department of Human Services. She has been employed with Adoption Services of Oklahoma, Inc. since 2003.
Leslie Klamm
Leslie Klamm is the Child Placement Supervisor. She is a native of Texas who has lived in Oklahoma since 1989. Leslie graduated from Phillips University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has a Masters of Education, with an emphasis in Guidance and Counseling, from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Her employment experience includes eight years as a Social Worker for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, working in the field of Child Welfare. She also was Coordinator of the Holsinger Home for Children for five years. She has also done private work in the field of adoptions since 1996. Leslie is an adoptive parent herself. She has been employed with Adoption Services of Oklahoma, Inc. since 2003.
